Dynamics NAV, Dynamics NAV Support, NAV 2013 onwards, Gold Partner
We have a great Dynamics NAV support role for an individual who understands NAV and is happy to work on a busy NAV Support desk for this award winning company.
The role will cover:
·answering and logging calls and emails regarding system issues and assigning the correct priority, obtaining and logging the information needed.
·Providing 1st and 2nd line support that leads to the successful resolution of cases.
·Working with the consulting/development teams to reproduce the issues and determine the cause then communicate the actions needed to allow speedy resolution.
·Communicating the status of outstanding cases and the plans for their resolution.
Experience/Skills
- NAV end user (2013 version onwards), as part of a finance/admin / manufacturing team would be desirable
- Ideally Proficient in the use of the finance applications areas
- G/L
- Sales & Receivables
- Purchase & Payables
