We have a great new role for an experienced NAV Professional who wants to focus on offering the customer great service in all areas of NAV.
Responsibilities will include:
- First and foremost, your job is to keep customers happy, well served and informed
- Helping out with NAV training, possibly set up and definitely showing off the solution in mini demos
- Keeping your customers up-to-date with the latest updates and technologies;
- Assisting in improving processes and any challenges that the customer may be facing through the use of existing modules in NAV
- Introducing new tools and products, pushing forward any necessary changes
- Priority on understanding the customer needs and finding a way to help make the system work for them
- Coordinating change requests internally with our Projects Team
- Establishing dynamic working relationships with the internal Product Development Team to understand new updates and functionality
- Updating the CRM system
- Working with our internal Customer Care Coordinator to follow up feedback and facilitate any improvements
- Time and Diary Management
