This world class and award winning organisation has a new and exciting role available for a Technical Support Developer with C# or Dynamics CRM and any other CRM. You will receive full training into MS Dynamics CRM/365.
You will form part of the support and development teams where you will be working within an agile environment to support and deliver software solutions to our customers.
Essential Skills:
- Development experience with C# and JavaScript
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Attention to detail and good critical analysis skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
Desirable Skills:
The following skills are beneficial for the position but not essential:
- CRM system development experience
- .NET Core
- Microsoft Azure
- SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- HTML
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting with 2nd and 3rd line support issues
- Where required assist with 1st line support issues
- Work within an agile team to support and deliver software solutions
- Utilise Object Orientated Programming principles to deliver quality code
- Work with the QA team to assist in the identification and resolution of defects
- Review existing customer solutions, where time allows to improve the internal CRM knowledgebase
