Microsoft Dynamics NAV / NAVISION / BC Finance Consultant – Midlands/Birmingham/Home Based

We have a great new role with this rapidly expanding organisation based in the Birmingham that is looking for an experienced Dynamics NAV/ERP Finance Consultant.

Purpose of role:

Reporting to the Head of Consultancy the purpose of this role is to take a consultative approach to implement and deliver Microsoft Dynamics NAV products and services (including 3rd party applications such as Jet Reports and Document Capture). The role requires effective delivery of consultancy, through quality of implementation and delivery and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV products and services

Key responsibilities are;

·Consulting – Primarily focused on Financial aspects; including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation and training of end users utilising primarily Dynamics NAV.

·Business and process analysis

·Documenting ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping documents

·Liaising with developers and clients – acting as a point of communication and escalating issues/requirements to senior NAV Consultants as appropriate.

·Working closely with other teams.

Along with an excellent understanding of core MS Dynamics NAV modules the role requires excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and an ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirement gathering skills.
