Job Description

This award-winning company is looking to recruit a Dynamics CRM Developer to join their growing IT team. As a CRM Developer, you will be required to offer expertise in supporting the development of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation and take part in the design and delivery of high-quality software development deliverables against customer requirements.

The Role

  • Support and develop the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system so that it matches the business requirements
  • To assist with the gathering of business requirements in cooperation with stakeholders
  • Contribute to design data models and other technical specifications for solutions
  • Work with agreed project plans to deliver solutions on-time and within budget
  • Provide input into business-critical systems documentation for both technical and non-technical members of staff
  • Provide technical guidance and support for other team members
  • Deliver high-quality development services to clients
  • Work closely with the architecture team to design and develop our most complex customer needs, providing development only where these requirements cannot be met through configuration
  • Creating high quality and sustainable client solutions and project documentation
  • Deliver training needs to the team and coach junior staff members
  • Deliver all consultancy according to documented project methodology, ensuring that all software applications are implemented successfully according to the project plan
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and behaviour
  • Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary
  • Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally
  • Participate in pre-sales activities as requested
  • Support practice development activities such as defining and configuring industry-specific templates
  • Carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by Directors
  • In all activities, ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training
  • Represent the business professionally and positively at all times
  • Promote best practice and delivery of service of the highest quality.

 

Required Experience

  • Prior experience of working on Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation
  • Good working knowledge of other Microsoft technologies; C#, SQL Server, Visual Studio
  • Experience in designing, implementing and documenting complex business systems, including entity modelling, workflows and dialogues
  • Ability to communicate effectively across a wide level of stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of project management and its associated methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 etc.)
  • Direct experience in consultancy and solution architecture within a Microsoft Gold Partner environment
  • Expertise in gathering technical requirement
  • Beneficial to know Agile and Sure Step methodologies
  • Experience in other technologies such as SQL, PowerBI, SSAS, SharePoint along with knowledge of Azure, LCS, and .Net;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with well-developed interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to clients and colleagues
  • Strong personal organisation and time management skills
  • Committed to personal development in technical, functional and broader consulting skills
  • A passion for delivering real business value through technology
